Taft Presents Tough Challenge for Knights


On August 28, 2011, Friendship Collegiate Academy travels to Cincinnati, Ohio to play in the Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown. The game will be televised on ESPNU at 11:00 EST. Friendship Collegiate Academy will host a viewing party for the game in the auditorium.

Taft Tech High School is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their football team is under the direction of head coach Mike Martin. The Senators play in the Cincinnati Metro League.

Last year, Taft won all of its league games and finished with a 7-4 record for the season. The team averaged 21.3 points per game and 15.2 points against average. Currently they are ranked #22 in the Playoff Division League. Their most recent championships were the Southwest Ohio Public National in 2005 and 2006.
