Friendship Is No. I in D.C. Public Ranks.

Last Friday's convincing win over Eastern, 45 – 7, combined with Woodson's upset of Coolidge, 24 -13, vaulted the Knights from number 6 to number 4 in the MaxPrep City ratings. The Knights can cement their number 1 public school rank with a win over Woodson this Friday, October 2. The Knights only loss of the season was to the current number 1 team Dematha. Rounding out the top positions are two other private programs, Good Counsel, at 2, and St. Johns at 3. Coolidge previously was rated number 5.
The Woodson fans will show up for this game so please come out and support your Knights at 7:00 pm on Friday. The game is at Eastern High located just west of RFK Stadium on East Capital. The entrance and parking are on the 19th Street side, because of construction.
