Tim Chialastri of capitolhoops.com recently caught up with Class of 2012 shooting guard Joe Lundy after the DMV vs Philly Freshman game in which Lundy scored 12pts and earned game MVP honors. Best of luck to the talented freshman as he prepares for the 2008-2009 season at Friendship Collegiate Academy in Washington , DC.

Capitol Hoops - How is everything going for you this off-season?
Joe - Everything is good , I'm just in the gym practicing at my school Friendship Collegiate Academy most of the time.
Capitol Hoops - What aspects of your game are you working on to take your game to the next level?
Joe - I am mainly working on my perimeter play as a guard , ball-handling and shooting are solid area's of interest for me.
Capitol Hoops - You played AAU with Keith Stevens and Triple Threat now Nike Team Takeover , what did you learn this summer?
Joe - I learned a lot. It went very well for me , their helping me work on stepping out side of the paint and on my shooting techniques off of the dribble.
Capitol Hoops - What is your favorite subject in school?
Joe - English.

Is there anyone in the NBA that you enjoy watching , and why?Joe - I like watching Kevin Durant , he has worked out at the Rec Center around my neighborhood and has shown me what hard work can do for you. Kevin is definitely one of the best players to come out of area and that's how I want to be remembered one day.

Who is you role model in life and why?Joe - That has to be my mother and my father. They have shown me how to work hard at everything I do in life.
